Think some of you are a wee bit harsh on yesterday's performance ...to be fair, we are not in the same class as Arsenal!!! I thought that a few of our players lacked lustre but doesn't mean they weren't giving it their all. We'll be back to playing mere mortals next week and the difference will be noticeable.

Time as got to be up for Jerome, time to get things together is something we just don't have, we need results now.

His best use is holding up the ball for the final minutes of a game we want to see out. Once Murray is back to full fitness he won't be a more useful player to have than either him or Chamakh, and as for impact from the bench, I'd rather Gayle.

Jerome is a below average Championship Striker that would probably score no more than 10-12 goals in the Championship each season. WTF he is doing playing Premier league football is beyond me. He tries but is not good enough.

I thought Bolasie and Punch had worse games...not to mention Jedi. I thought our midfield were wasteful in possession and for the first time I was actually frustrated with some of them.

Jerome and Gayle are two totally different players so you can't swap them!

Jerome has been trying hard, but think it may be his last start for a while. Chamackh is a better target man and more likely to score, and Tom Ince is a better player behind the front man than Chamackh as it his his natural position, so to me this is way to start against WBA. If nothing else it substantial increases our goal threat.
