Wow today is not going well so far..Poyet has done amazingly well up there, and Swansea who were fantastic against us are playing terribly at West Ham Newcastle just have to pull one back and they are right back in the game.

Out of the teams in the bottom half of the table, Palace, Villa, Norwich and Sunderland are the in-form teams. Hull, West Ham and Cardiff are the worst. If that continues unchanged (and that's a big IF) then Palace could finish where they are now and Cardiff and West Ham are set fr the drop. They could be joined by any of Fulham, Hull, Stoke or West Brom. But everything is so tight around the bottom teams that I reckon only Villa, Norwich, Swansea and Sunderland are likely to avoid the dogfight at the end of the season. As for Palace, who knows? If current form continues we'll be fine...

As it stands Stoke are in the bottom three... who do you think they would prefer as manager right now, Hughes or Pulis!?

Was a good game that, far more entertaining than I anticipated. Cardiff's dealings in January have been knocked, but you can clearly see the way Ole wants to set them up today and the players he's brought in are perfectly suited for it. Medel is a beast in the middle, constantly winning the ball back and allowing their wide players the freedom the get into dangerous positions for the counter, which they looked very dangerous on. Zaha's introduction made a massive difference to Cardiff's performance, him and Bellamy linked up really well and Zaha played in two great passes for him, one leading to the equaliser. I can see Cardiff picking up a good amount of points away from home when there's more space in behind the opposition. Norwich were unlucky today, they pinned Cardiff back towards the end and should have had scored 3 or 4 in the last 10 minutes but for some worldie goalkeeping from Marshall and some bad luck hitting the woodwork. When Snodgrass is on it he's real good and supplies great service into the box, he has to perform if Norwich are to survive the drop. Norwich clearly lack creativity as a unit and there isn't much coming out of their central midfield, Hooper and the other strikers aren't going to score enough when they're living off scraps and that's why Snodgrass is key to their survival. They do however, look dangerous from set-pieces, so if they keep solid and nick a few wins/draws like they have been doing then they have a chance. Overall, I think one of these sides are going to go down and it's not Cardiff.
