The best thing so far this season is Holloway leaving and Pulis coming in.
After the first few games I thought we would finish bottom way behind everyone else, now it's gonna go down until the last game of the season.

I have been very surprised by Gabbidon, I didn't like him last season and thought he would be shocking in the prem but heehaw done very very well.

Nearly grabbing a point from Man City and Chelski springs to mind. The competitive edge we have shown since Pulis took charge had been nothing short of incredible, we should of got something from both games!

As for the team, Ward has really stepped up since we got promoted.

Same with Delaney for me, a few mistakes had slipped into his game 2nd half of last season and he was starting to look a bit slow, so I worried about him this season, but to be fair him and gab have been a pair of war horses at the back and have done a decent job.

Most pleasing is how we've got this far with Damo and Gabbi as our Centre Backs. Credit to them and the coaches.

That we have a reasonable chance of staying up - lots of other sides are very similar to us in ability and wouldn't look out of place in the championship.

Surprise? The fact that a nucleus of last season's side has done us proud... Jules, Ward, Moxey, Parr, Gabbo, Delaney, KG, Bolasie, Jedi.

Also, the fact that I am really enjoying the season. I was slightly concerned that my initial euphoria of finding us in the Premier would quickly wear away as we struggled to find points and suffer humiliations at the hands of the big-boys.

I now desperately want to stay in the top-flight.It is the place to be and I love experiencing the big-match atmosphere at every game.

Wilbs stepover! Amazing work from a genius player.

What is most surprising is that the Stoke defender fell for the world's slowest stepover.

Our self-confidence and team spirit. Through a simply abject start, through three managers, scoring very few goals, and with on average about 40% possession in most games and with a ridiculous August transfer window to further unsettle things, the players have never panicked, never lost their spirit, never lost focus, always believed in themselves, always stayed calm, and always played with 100% commitment and a smile on their faces. Even when some of us in the stands haven't believed, they clearly have.

I think we have an exceptional TEAM. Far, far greater than the sum of its individual parts. And it is that spirit, community, ability to rely on each other, and, I suspect, the existence of some real friendships in the squad that are going to keep us up. Relegated teams tend to fall apart under stress. With us, not a chance of that.

Agreed and I'll add Tony Pulis, a professional and harding working manager who has a plan and it may just work
