Patrick Vieira has been an ITV pundit for the Euros, which makes the plane to France story seem a load of ballacks. SP could presumably meet him in London
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

This whole manager recruitment has seen more twists and turns than the Monaco Formula 1 street circuit with Steve Parish having a brow corrugated with worries on occasions and tearing chunks out of his shampoo-advert mane.

We've been here before, twice, three times if you count Dazza's first tall story. All we can be sure of is that until the club announce something then it's all rumours and hearsay. Dont fall for it again This. With giant knobs on.

I would actually be fairly happy with Viera. Reading about how he likes his teams to play I think he could fit in well. He would also demand the respect of the changing room and should have contacts in France and England to get us some talent. This is more appealing to me than Cooper or Lampard, if maybe not as exciting as Nuno or Favre. Absolutely, instant respect from all the players, likes 4-3-3 suits us, better than I thought we would get, good contacts I'm sure, good decision for me (if it happens)
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

So Vieira in... My thoughts (and worth fu*k all). I'm looking at it in 2 ways. 1. Klopp & Mourinho had to start somewhere. Now we know that being a good or in Vieira's case a great player, doesn't mean you are going to be a good manager (Otherwise it would be Tony Adams or Shearer leading England out tonight and not there team mate from 96). We can only hope that Vieira has learned lessons from his first few jobs and its been a good learning curve. Now he is back in the Premier league with his knowledge of the league and his contacts he gets us inspired and firing along with moving us forwards at a club. 2. Watching ITV last night, Keane, Vieira and Neville... they all have one thing in common... great pundits but are all there because its not worked out as managers. I was having a chat with a pal last night and I was saying I love Roy Keane and would love him as a manager but unfortunately for him he is from a time long gone and I just can't see him ever working with todays woke/Nancy players that have to be cuddled and have there way every 2 minutes. I hope my first thoughts are what we get and that we have a great season next year with better football than we have had the last couple of seasons. As somebody on here said, lets hope Vieira sorts out Luka as I think there is a good player in there that has lost his way.

Reckon Parish saw him on ITV, and how clearly cut up he was, then thought 'Right, here's a bloke that clearly not thinking clearly, he might actually sign if I get in now!"
"It was a Team effort, I guess it took all players working together to lose this one" |
