His camp are leaking to the press that he is "warming" to a move to Everton. Let's face it -- he wants out to any club that he perceives will give him a better chance of competing at the upper end of the table. He may well see Everton as a stepping stone. Personally, I couldn't care less what his ambition is. I'd like him to stay but, if he's not 100 percent focused and motivated to be a Palace player, I'd prefer we sell at the market rate. If Everton offer that, I certainly think he would go there. 28 there’s no stepping stones. He’s been touted about like a brass , wingers are finished as soon as their pace goes. no takers. Reckon he will be back with us by 30. Classic example of a ‘should have been one club man, that went else where and did nothing. ‘

As far as im aware its 15% of any cash sale. So in theory if we took players in exchange up to the value of Zaha Man u would get nothing. If ture almost worth doing. Back to Everton one player not mention id have in px who does not play reg for them is Theo Walcott. Hes always wanted a cetral role and we could offer him that plus reguler football. Edited by wainesworld (26 Jul 2019 6.37pm) I don’t think the real world works like that. Any player sale would need to go through the correct channels ( agents fees etc) so a cost would need to be given. Don’t think players get swapped nowadays, don’t think the revenue would have it. Can’t see the dirty mancs would be getting no money for Zaha if we took players of the same value. I think player swaps are lazy journalism, they aren’t planning stickers.

I’d let Wilf go at this point in the window for Tosun, Niasse and McCathy plus £40m cash to buy that French maxim geezer Everton just need to f*ck off, Wilf talked about going to a champions league team not a mid table side. Also it’s insulting that they’re offering Tosun

Agree. It will be Chelsea next summer (IMO) I think we will be able to sign a legally binding delayed transfer for next summer. If that could include taking Bats on loan again, then that would be a dream for us all

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle Press reports say Everton may be about to offer cash plus McCarthy plus Cenk Tosun in a bid for Wilf. I can understand McCarthy being included but Tosun has publicly bad-mouthed Palace in the past so I don't believe this could be on. He would be a problem if he did transfer in my opinion.
