Sounds like the typical BBC employee. Leftist politics paid for out of the public purse.
Her husband is ex BBC and currently “Head of Global Communications at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace” This is basically just another highly funded globalist NGO front made up of bankers, corporate shills and ex politicians.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

So that’s half of American voters who are deluded. Not at all. I think those who believe his lies and that the election was stolen are the one who are deluded. Do you think that all those who voted for Trump also believe all his lies and that the election was stolen? I don't. I think most of them voted for Trump because he was the Republican candidate and could not vote for a Democrat. What they would do if he stands again remains to be seen, and depends to some degree on who is the Democratic candidate. Many will hold their nose and still vote for him, but others won't. There are many decent Republicans. I know some myself. They aren't the least deluded and know full well what's going on. There are those however who are extremely gullible.

So you don't like his posts that's fine but a grown man trying to bully another on an internet forum is quite frankly pathetic.

When anyone parrots that kind of silly slur, they prove my point. Insulting those who criticise Trump and all he stands for, like that, is all part of the Trump's camp play book. You are being used. The only ones who are deranged over Trump are those who believe him to be anything other than a narcissistic scoundrel who is being manipulated by a combination of forces to undermine the USA, and the west in general. He needs to become history and then for his history to be studied, so it never happens again.

'All who criticse Trump and make him out to be some sort of bogeyman antichrist are being used by x media and y political party' so on and so forth. 'Anyone who parrots the ridiculous commentary on Trump...' This is why I never use this site to recruit for my debating team.

As anyone with any degree of objectivity will realise, if they are regular readers here, by far the most self indulgent posts here don’t come from me.

As some one noted, if Trump wanted to hide anything he should have stored it on Hunter Biden's laptop, The Big Guy not letting anyone go near that. The Dems seem to be uncontrollably terrified of Trump running again. I don't agree with some of what Trump did in office but the actions of the Dems to find a way to bar him from running are disgraceful. They keep harming their own cause by such actions as the FBI raid. so terrified and dumb, not a great combination. You can disagree with what Trump says but you have to defend his right to say it. Sadly, many are of the view that free speech is fine as long as it fit their own agenda and narrative, this applies generally not to Trump in particular. The cult of anti Trump recruits easily from the ranks of the band wagon jumpers and weak minded, as does any cult. Echoes of the cult of JK Rowling haters, if you don't join you will be considered a bad person US politics has been corrupt on all sides sine the birth of the Nation. The Dems are no better than the Republicans and vice versa. To avoid confusing some, the above are my opinions and therefore not facts. Edited by HKOwen (19 Aug 2022 1.50am) I don't think that's true at all. I think they would probably prefer to see him run rather than see another who would follow similar policies, but not carry his baggage. I think there are enough people, both Republicans and independents, who are tired of the lies, and especially the idea that the last election was stolen, to have tarnished his chances. A great deal depends on whom the Democrats choose to succeed Biden, who is very unlikely, in my view, to run again. The idea that the Democrats are in any way involved in the FBI investigation is just another lie spread by the Trump support base. Of course, they aren't. The FBI wouldn't permit it, and the Democrats would ensure it was kept well away from them. In fact, the timing was a disaster for them, as it put Trump back in the headlines when they just had a major success in Congress. I haven't heard anyone suggest Trump cannot say whatever he wishes to, but neither should the rebuttals and exposure of the lies be silenced. The primary purpose being to ensure that a serial liar, on the scale of Trump, never holds office again.
