The only person?

My eyes are terrible...you know I just didn't spot him out there on the pitch.

That's what I thought of us earlier. We'll probably need to be put down. Put down to championship asap.

He's not the only person to blame but he's been an idiot and clearly demonstrated that he does not know how to run a football club at this level. Poor decisions, no strategic planning and he should pay more attention to all the money he wastes than to his constant penny pinching.

Not really, we'd be settling new players into the squad to find our strongest team. We just don't have the players. Those we have must be increasingly disheartened.

I think you will find that is what Roy is doing and was hampered today by a long list of injured and ineligible players, the team looks 100% better than they did against Huddersfield and Swansea.
Roy has had to start from scratch.
It's not great but most teams are losing by big margins to City and United and after Frank's debacle the team look like they need to get used to playing at Premier league pace again.

At least we won't lose next week.

One shot on target ffs seriously, where the hell is the improvement?, we have players like Punch , Shlup and PVA that would struggle to get into a championship side.

At least we can trim the wage bill at the end of the season ... when is Lee, Mutch, Punch out of contract?

Lee and Mutch will probably be in the starting 11 next season as we'll almost certainly be in the championship and most of the top earners will have buggered off.

Actually was a little bit proud of the lads. Had a go in 2nd half, kept ball well in possession and thinking RLC in for Schlup, Fosu-Mensa for Ward, Zaha for Puncheon, Dann/Tomkins for DD and I feel all right with Lapedo on top. Riedewald is not bad either. Never easy making your debut at OT with 0-3 down...hope our Sako-substitute starts vs Chelsea. And further on if he delivers..

And the funny thing is they'll probably look decent there. Partly because they'll be playing week in week out in fixed roles, instead of being dropped into a game near the end every three weeks or so and expected to change it.

The Premier League this season is a 3 horse race
City , United and Chelsea are beating teams by large margins on a regular basis. City put 6 past Watford who are 5th.
We will not be able to tell how much we have improved until we get the Chelsea game out of the way.
People should remember the mess we are in is totally down to Frank's ineptitude.
OK Parish appointed him , he had to get a new manger as Sam walked , Parish cannot be held responsible for the incompetence of Frank, he could not have known how useless he was going to be.
Had Frank been a sensible man and gone with gradual change we could have 4 or 5 points by now and he could still be in charge, but he didn't , so he has gone and now
we must hope Roy continues to rebuild the team and we will compete against the rest of some very poor teams out there.

What was Parish's reaction when he heard 3-4-3 and it suiting our players? Did Parish even know it didn't and wouldn't without £100 mil?

What was he doing when that cr@p was being tested in pre season with more holes than a string vest? Waiting for their next meeting on Skype so he could have his 7 holidays?

Actually what was he thinking hiring him in the first place? No prem or top league experience?

I'd say the liablity is our chairman for not buying another two strikers, another winger, another right back and a goalkeeper.

But at least we saved a couple of million on Sakho.

This.
