Tho having watched both of his apps in the fa cup for swansea I'm not sold on him.

Gomis has some definite talent but it seems he is uncomfortable at swansea. I'm assuming his £8m payoff will mean we don't have to blow our wage ceiling if we sign him?

I cannot find a reason why we would buy either of these.... But if we had too.... Well I'm swaying towards Gestede due to his size and strength in the box

It's a lot of money but he's a top player and will occupy defenders and get some goals.I think we could really push on up the table with this guy. We've already got goals in punch,gayle and chamakh and Sanogo looks ok too. Add a left back and we will be looking strong!

Gestedes cheaper younger than gomis I can't recall neither scoring in the PL much granted maybe opportunities weren't there definitely a strong case in gestedes case. Would Swansea sell unlikely without a replacement lined up especially with bony going. I think gestede would be a better bet less pedigree but younger with less risk attachment.

Waste of potential 12 million on Gomis & Gestarde if the rumours are true, our current squad are currently providing a much improved rate of firepower thankfully & there must be far better than the double G's on offer if we must spend
