You change too much like pardew did. He'll be sacked by Nov and we be looking again. I just want de Boer to add a little flair and possession to what Sam left behind.

How about Pardew was a s*** manager and somebody else can get us playing good football and not have us leak like a sieve at the back? He's made us paranoid.
