New manager discussion (LOCKED)

This post has been merged from a topic called 'So who do you want to be our new manager?' by kenbarr I'm fed up with this. I am sending off my CV tonight. I won't really know what I am doing, so I am going to be the peoples' Palace manager: * The team and a tactics for Saturday will be decided by a thread on here * There will be a vote by fans at half time to decide on substitutions * All team talks will be broadcast live on Palace Player *Transfer targets will be agreed by an online ballot of season ticket holders and members *The players will punished for any lack of effort by being made to pay for luxury travel and tickets for all fans to the next away game No one will be able to sing "you don't know what you're doing" because if it all goes pear shaped it will be all your fault as well. PS: I would be grateful if the first "phillanth out" thread does not start until after Christmas.

Plus I notoriously back managers way longer than most people as well, so all the best to phillanths red'n'blue army. But if you make some claim about wanting to move back to Wales to be nearer your family then spring up at Charlton then we'll cut you down.
