Todays first download is a short set by Manfred Mann's Earth Band that was recorded at the Marquee Club in London in December 1973. This is in superb quality and was recorded and broadcast by the BBC as an FM broadcast. Some great tracks on this one from the "Solar Fire" album... but the killer track is the 16 minute version of "Mighty Quinn" - like you've never heard it before. MMEB bootlegs in this quality are very rare - I was amazed when I saw it, and even more so when I played it, and checked my files to make sure I didn't have this under a different name - but I definitely do not. This is a really great bootleg and I totally and thoroughly recommend it - a must have.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Marquee Club, London December 1973 - Manfred Mann's Earth Band (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01.Mercury Winged Messenger Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 132MB (Including Artwork) The Band: Back Cover : [Link] Enjoy! Todays second download is a set by The Waterboys that was recorded in Boston, Massachusetts in August 2007. This is in superb quality and is without any doubt the best sounding bootleg by this band that I've heard - really top quality recording - it sounds as if the band are in the room with you!. The band were touring in support of their album "Book Of LIghtening" and this set features tracks from that album. They don't play "Whole Of The Moon" - which is their anthem track and most successful. This is a top show and is thoroughly recommended..... Here is a download link I found for :- Live in Boston, MA 30.8.07 - The Waterboys (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. Intro- I'm From Scotland Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 126MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy! Attachment: The Waterboys - Boston MA 30.8.07.jpg (106.49Kb)

Todays extra download is a set by John Martyn that was recorded in Munich, Germany in November 1983. This is in superb quality and was recorded and broadcast on FM radio. The actual show was in Nov 83 but the show didnt air until the 11th March 1984. I've not posted many bootlegs by John Martyn - mainly because good quality ones are quite rare, I've only got a few myself. This is a good one though and if you like John Martyn, I'm sure you'll grab it..... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Alabamahalle, Munich, Germany 28.11.83 - John Martyn (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01 Glorious Fool Download Links : Part 1 : [Link] Part 2 : [Link] Filesize : 186MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Time : 81m 20s Enjoy! Todays first download is a set by Dave Mason that was recorded in Berkeley, CA in 1979. This is in superb quality and was also an FM Broadcast. Dave started with Traffic in the early 60's and has played with some of the best - Hendrix, Stones, Clapton, Fleetwood Mac and many others - as well as a successful solo career. Some great tracks on this one "Pearly Queen" "All Along The Watchtower" and finishing with probably his most well known track "Feelin' Alright". This is a top sounding show and is throughly recommended.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Greek Theatre, Berkeley,CA 2.6.79 - Dave Mason (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01.Share Your Love 4:44 Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 158MB (Including Artwork) Back Cover : [Link] Enjoy! Todays second download is a set by The Specials that was recorded at the Belsonic Festival in Belfast in August of this year. This is in superb quality and is a top sounding soundboard recording. Some old favourites on this one by the band - "Message To Rudy", "Too Much Too Young" and "Ghost Town" are all played. I've posted a few boots by The Specials over the years - this is another top show... thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Belsonic Festival, Belfast, N.I. 27.8.11 - The Specials (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Disc1 : Do The Dog Disc2 : Do Nothing Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 120MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy! Todays extra download is the first album or bootleg by this band that I've posted. The band are called Sweet and they were around in the early 1970's and were one of many "Glam Rock" bands around at the time. They had a few hit singles like "Ballroom Blitz" "Fox On The Run" and "Blockbuster". The bands lead singer Brian Connolly was the force behind Sweet and when the band first split in 1979 he formed The New Sweet - and carried on until he died from heart problems in 1997. This is one for all you oldies who can remember back to the distant 70's.... a bit of nostalgia for you.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Sporthalle, Cologne, Germany 14.5.76 - Sweet (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. Ballroom Blitz Download Links : Part 1 : [Link] Part 2 : [Link] Filesize : 107MB Enjoy! Attachment: Sweet - Sporthalle, Cologne, Germany 14.5.76.jpg (75.73Kb)
