Todays first download is a set by the legendary J. J. Cale that was recorded in Englewood, Colorado in 2004. This is in superb quality and is one of the best sounding JJ bootleg that I've heard. JJ plays some of his most famous tracks - even though it wasnt him that made them famous... like "After Midnight" and "Cocaine" - both made famous by Eric Clapton - written by JJ Cale. This is fantastic and is a top notch bootleg by a guitar master. I've previously posted a discography by JJ Cale - I think the links are still active - I've also posted a few bootlegs... Todays second download is a set by Blue Oyster Cult that was recorded on the bands USA tour of 1992. This show was recorded at "Mingle's" in Moscow, Idaho and is in superb quality. This is not the complete show as the band also played the classic "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" but it's not included on the boot - and the track "When Horsemen Arrive" is cut. This is still a crackin' set - the band are really on good form for this one - one of the best sets I've heard. If you like B.O.C. - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Gogol Bordello that was recorded at the Flugplatz Borkenberge, Ludinghausen, Germany in 2008. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a dvd soundboard audio rip. This is only the third bootleg by this band that I've posted. They call themselves "Gypsy Punks" - but they put on a great show and really get the crowd going. I've posted a couple of their studio released albums as well - so if you've downloaded anything by them in the past - give this show a try - it's thoroughly recommended..... Todays first download is a set by the legendary guitarist Gary Moore that was recorded in Germany in 1986. This is in superb quality and is a wicked soundboard recording. The last few tracks are from a gig in Guildford, Surrey a few weeks earlier. This is a top set and GM is on top form. If you like a bit of blues rock guitar you can't do much better then Gary Moore - he is a master of it. This is thoroughly recommended...... Todays second download is a set by Stevie Wonder that was recorded at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival held every year in Manchester, Tennessee. This is in superb quality and is a top sounding bootleg. Some classic SW songs on this one "Master Blaster" "Sir Duke" "Living For The City" and "Superstitution". I've posted a few boots by Stevie Wonder in the past - this is another top show that is thoroughly recommended...... Todays extra download is a set by the Red Hot Chili Peppers that was recorded at the Big Day Festival, in Sydney, Australia in 2000. This is in superb quality and is an excellent soundboard recording. I've posted a few boots by RHCP over the years and recently posted their new album. This is another top sounding show with a good selection of tracks - I've never really been a great fan of this band myself - they're ok, I don't dislike them, but I know a lot of people do like them, so I post the shows... in fact, I've another lined up for a day or so's time...
