Todays first download is a set by Pink Floyd that was recorded on their USA tour of 1977in Oakland, CA.. This is in superb quality and is a great set that features tracks from the album's "Dark Side Of The Moon", "Wish You Were Here" and "Animals". As an encore the band also play "Careful With That Axe, Eugene" - this was the last time the band ever played this live. David Gilmours guitar work for this show is excellent. The notes in the file say that show has been remastered and in the past has been released under different names - I'm sure I've downloaded this show previously and decided the quality wasn't good enough and binned it... this version sounds a lot better and is well worth downloading... Todays second download is a set by Blue Oyster Cult that was recorded in Detroit, Michigan in 1977. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a BBC Rock Hour FM broadcast. Only 8 tracks on this boot, so I doubt it's the full show - probably edited to fit the radio, but it's a great set which really gets the audience going. They finish with the classic (Don't Fear) The Reaper - the bands most famous track. This is throroughly recommended..... Todays extra download is a set by Cheap Trick that was recorded in Chicago, Illinois in 1977. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a WKQX-FM Broadcast. I've posted a ton of CT albums and bootlegs in the past - this is another top sounding show. Some real classic Trick on this one - thoroughly recommended....
