Todays second download is a set by The Allman Brothers Band that was recorded in New Yorl in October 1970. This is in superb quality and is one of the best sounding bootlegs by the original line of the band that I've heard. This boot has both Duane and Greg Allman on it - sadly Duane died a year after this boot was recorded in October 1971. This is only a short set of 6 songs but the 35 minute Mountain Jam is worth the download on its own. This is a great boot and one that is thoroughly recommended.....

Todays first download is a set by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers that was recorded in Jacksonville, FLA in July 1987. This is in superb quality and has been taken from an FM Broadcast. Some TP classics on this one including "Breakdown" "Don't Come Around Here No More" and "Refugee" as well as some cover songs like "Anyway You Want It" by the Dave Clark 5 and "Should I Stay Or Should I Go" by The Clash. I've posted a fair amount of TP boots over the years - this is another top sounding show and is thoroughly recommended....

Todays second download is the first album or bootleg by this artist that I've posted. This is The Greg Kihn Band and a show that was broadcast on FM radio by the Westwood One radio show. This is in superb quality - really top notch sound, great stereo and is a wicked set. I don't know anything about the band - this is the first time I've heard them. They play bluesy rock with the emphasis on rock, and are a really tight unit - an excellent band.... I can't for the life of me understand why I haven't heard them before..... I will no doubt be posting more by them in the future. If you don't know this band - I recommend them..

Todays extra download is a set by Linda Ronstadt that was recorded on her "Mad Love Tour" of 1980. This is in superb quality and has been taken from a soundboard source. I've posted a few bootlegs by Linda Ronstadt in the past - this is another top sounding show. She sings some classics on this boot - ending with a wicked version of The Eagles song Desperado. This is thoroughly recommended....
