this is a real positive signing for the club, and hopefully a step in the right direction in the evolution of the squad. if he, banks, mitchell & peirrick (sp), jairo & meyer are all involved more next season that will significantly lower the squad age.

So for me still look to sign Max Aarons, But on the contract what you looking for him to sign for life..! I look at this as really positive - early move, done our business - deal done and before Transfer window even officially open. Hopefully signs of things to come..!! COYP

I expect we have taken a gamble on him on fairly low wages. If he turns out to be good, he will be offered a contract extension on improved wages.

If what you say about Tosun is true then whoever signed the transfer deal for Palace should be fired for incompetence. What is the source of your info? The implication is Everton didn't have any insurance for him which is hard to believe.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Guaita for example signed a 3 year contract with an option of a further year should we decide to invoke this clause. I have no idea if this has an option in it, but I would be surprised if there isn't something built in.
