It could hardly be worse for these unfortunate people.

But to be met on the beach by Dougie Freedman offering them a trial with Crystal Palace is in clear breach of their human rights.

Strange how they found the money to come here though.
Why not book a holiday and come legitimately then just dont go back.
I wouldnt swim to spain when i can fly.

If these people are genuine refugees they would have claimed asylum in the first safe country reached not paid their way across Europe to the UK. Send them all home plus any boats found in channel should be towed back to France. That would stop this farce in no time flat.

Because to book and come on a holiday, you would need a passport to get here - the key factor is to arrive with NO documents to prove from whence you have come, so they cannot send you back there.......

I sort of knew that but waiting for a resonse from the hand wringers.
Fill up their tank and send em back.

If you’ve been refused asylum

You’ll be given:

somewhere to live£35.39 per person on a payment card for food, clothing and toiletries.

"Hello Mr imigration officer I'm seeking asylum " sorry your refused. " Oh ok not to worry I'll just pick up my free house Anyway"

Leave people destitute ?

We have legal obligation to help refugees and asylum seekers

What country has ever suffered a consequence from not taking them in?
I and many are happy to leave illegal migrants destitute it's the law abiding refugees going through the correct channels I want to help.
It makes a mockery of the correct process.

Glad to know you're happy to help them, I'm sure there are many volunteer groups who would welcome your aid
