He is the most clear cut case for going out on loan I think I have ever seen at the club. He must go out to the championship and find his feet, he is set up to fail at the minute.

You mean the other players will nick his lunch money? In all seriousness his lack of physicality is quite bizarre given he has played international football. If nothing else a spell in a lower league would have to develop that side of his game. He needs to cut out the needless clumsy fouling too.
