Almost as though AP wants the sack. If we had taken a point tonight most fans would have been well pleased and satisfied with AP's tactics. So what does he do - makes a 85 min sub replacing our best midfielder with a striker! Did he really want us to go for a winner - or what?

So. You are 1-1 with Man Utd with a few mins to go and you decide to make a pointless sub - why would you do that?
And why would you take off your top midfielder and replace him with a forward!!!!!!!!! Why??????????
What idiot would do that?
Zlatan and Pogba and co just lapped it up.
Forget the referee and good or bad luck - just get the point!!
But no not our Manager.
A 2-1 loss might have been fair but it need not have been the result.

This match highlights Pardew as the main problem. The players did well, but he just HAD to get himself involved in what looked like a valuable draw by taking off McArthur, our BEST player, for Campbell. Did Mcarthur really HAVE to come off? I'm not sure, if he'd got injured I'd be the first to slag AP. But I feel he could have stayed on for the draw. Cabaye, AGAIN, was knocked off the ball same as the late goal last week? AsNormally yes, this game he's been excellent is AP was trying to justify himself. McArthur would have been a better opponent to Pogba - and why wasn't Pogba subbed off? He played the full match.

Surely that should convince the staunchest AP apologist that he's not only not good enough but positively dangerous. He seriously thought his chances of nicking a winner by throwing on Campbell for five minutes were worth crippling the midfield by removing the main reason why United weren't scoring.

He should have seen from the performance up to that point that when we play like this we're hard to break down and we can get points of ostensibly "better" teams. But he knows better than the evidence in front of his very eyes.

The man is a muppet of the highest order and he needs to be shipped out of here before the damage he's doing becomes too great to repair.
