Hi staffie, Looking for a bit of 'background' music & been told to try Craig Ogden's album Summertime. If you can find it that would be great - no problem if not. Thanks as always and absolutely no rush - the game kicks off in 1.25 hours.

Todays first download is a set by David Bowie that was recorded in Budapest, Hungary in 1997. This is in superb quality and is a top soundboard recording. Some classic DB on this one including a wicked bluesy version of "Jean Genie" a great version of "The Man Who Sold The World" and ending with "Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps). I've posted lots of boots by David Bowie over the years - this is another top sounding show and one for all fans of the "Thin White Duke". Thoroughly recommended.... Only a short set of 7 tracks but it's a good one - Bon Scott is on vocals. If you like this band, then grab this one...... it's top notch. Also, I was wondering if you could possibly track down "The Red Album", by Weezer. I think technically speaking it's just called "Weezer", but they have 3 albums that are Red, Green and Blue, and all are technically called "Weezer". Many thanks.
I was there 19/12/2006 My website - it has over 300 free things to do in London - ideal for parents or students, or anyone really |

Todays second download is a set by The Allman Brothers Band that was recorded in New Yorl in October 1970. This is in superb quality and is one of the best sounding bootlegs by the original line of the band that I've heard. This boot has both Duane and Greg Allman on it - sadly Duane died a year after this boot was recorded in October 1971. This is only a short set of 6 songs but the 35 minute Mountain Jam is worth the download on its own. This is a great boot and one that is thoroughly recommended..... Here is a download lin I found for :- Live at the State University of New York, Stony Brook, NY 23.10.70 - The Allman Brothers (Bootleg) Qualiity : Superb Tracklisting : Don't Keep Me Wonderin' Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 149MB Enjoy!
