I am sure you appreciate that organisations run according to plans and those plans include KPIs and targets both in the short and longer term.

I can prove that, wherever I have taken over responsibility for the People function, the organisation has rocketed in profitability whilst also seeing dramatic improvements in employee engagement and correlating reduction in sickness absence, colleague turnover and customer complaints.

But hey, that's all useless if it comes at the expense of social liberalism I suppose.

However, you have engaged in 'hateful' speech upon those you dislike and so are a hypocrite by those metrics. Those in glass houses and all that.

I also have to note that when people like you use words like 'repulsive' you lose all sense of proportion. Jones is not a murderer, Jones has never stolen from anyone. I wonder what words you could have for serial killers and child abusers when you use a word like 'repulsive' towards a shock jock libertarian you don't like.
