I have of course heard and perused the animus towards Mr Hodgson but I have also heard some express the opinion that the overall strength of the squad is far from adequate and the manager can only deal with the hand he is dealt. Pullis would do better with this squad and I’m not saying get him back just answering the question. I also think Gary O’Neil would be a perfect fit for Palace but we’d have more chance of getting Harry Kane up front than wolves letting him go now.

I feel the club in playing terms has achieved little in the last 5 years, our league finish per season proves this. We done very well to set up such a progressive academy. As for a forward plan and integrating our alleged young talent I see nothing at all! I hate to say it but look at Brighton and the forward progression they have made urghhhhh..... IMO we need change in our playing style and coaching as I see RH turning us back into a long ball team. TIME FOR CHANGE

We aren’t playing badly, given who we have playing. What I have seen this season is that everyone seems to have upped their game. It’s faster and more frenetic than ever. No space of time for creative players, other than at the very top and then only occasionally. I don’t think changing our manager now would produce anything. Roy is right. It’s a 38 game season and on the balance of probabilities we ought to expect a better return in the upcoming games, so long as we don’t get hit by more injuries. It’s going to be touch and go but changing now could make it worse.
