Newcastle came calling, Burn grew up in Blyth and is a Newcastle supporter!

I appreciate that scoring goals has been an issue and I wasn't asserting that the reason was the departure of Dan Burn.
I was merely stating that Brighton's poor results coincided with the departure of the central defender.
