eu withdrawing article 16, backed down- good news or a bad day on the anti EU front?Apparently an error of judgement. Brussels backing down on their error, Michelle O neil of sinn fien got Dublin to get it sorted, and they did, well done Michelle and well done eu on realising a mistake in judgement and correcting it in the same day, boris take note, we don"t have to be "worldbeaters" on every thing we touch, and when we make an error we admit it, not continue for a year pretending alls well!

Your saying well done to the EU for being forced to back down on their Cartelesque attempt to undermine the GFA and prevent UK getting vaccines they have bought.

Well done for correcting the error of judgement within 12 hours yes, not well done for creating the error. Whats happening on your training, you still going ahead in the army?

I guessed on the properties as you've never said how many! Tax laws or rentals are lax under the cons. Helping you to prepare for your future. Seriously if your mate starmer was in the HOC you would be getting fecked all ways for sure. Thats completely untrue. Currently there's more buy to lets being sold than ever before and landlords are scrambling to move properties from individual ownerships into Ltd companies because pretty much every one of the tax benefits for landlords has been taken away. Labour didn't do anything to prevent loads of people with houses enter the market buying second homes against their existing equity and barely getting taxed all. Suggest you familiarise your self on the rule changes over the last 4 years before making bogus claims.

Also I am becoming a little alarmed about all the grief Macron is getting around his claims concerning the efficiency of the vaccine on the over 65's. I suspect that few of us have as much experience as Mons.M in knowing what is good for an over 65-year-old. Edited by Matov (29 Jan 2021 11.47pm)

Effectively implementing a hard boarder in Northern Ireland after less than a month. It's definitely not going down well with the DUP, I'm not sure RoI will welcome unnecessary friction with open arms. Multiple European Leaders seem to be pissed off with Europe, as are all the non EU countries that have ordered the vaccine. This is going to make the EU a lot of enemies. With vaccine countries looking to increase capacities in factories, I can see them deciding against increasing production in Europe if it means they can't sell their product to customers who they already have contracts with. It's a desperate act but a desperate organisation.

Watching femi back up the EU for the NI border incident and blame it on the UK is funny the man is seriously delusional and I'm genuinely worried about his mental health. Stockholm syndrome if I've ever seen it.

Stockholm syndrome if I've ever seen it. 100%. Even read of Irish people thanking the EU because they believe it was done by way of trying to protect them. Whatever else people might think of the EU as an institution, how on earth can anybody still think this dreadful VDL woman should still be in post? Don't get me wrong, I would hate for her to have to stand down and wish nothing more for her to carry on leading the EU for years and years to come but when will Remoamer types wake up to the fact that nobody ever cast a ballot for her to be doing that job? Is that really the s***-show they think we would be better off under?
