I was a great supporter of the HF while they were in Block B. The solution to the entire issue would be for them to remain there but, of course, they have sensed weakness in the chairman and feel they can push their case.

Shame.

Totally agree with you.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

It may improve performance - just not enough to achieve better results!

And it may make no difference whatsoever.

Or the performances AND results could have just been worse without the HF than the not very impressive with the HF, and looking at our uphill tasks going into April and May every season I wouldn’t be surprised and that whatever percentage edge lost would’ve seen us relegated by those fine margins.

Best not to risk survival without some fine margins in your favour imo.

And therefore risky. We could try no atmosphere to be certain. That’s bad business management.

Utter nonsense, atmosphere has nothing at to do with performance or results. Arsenal play in silence at the Emirates, it hasn’t done them any harm. When results started to fall, I didn’t hear about them demanding a singing section, just get rid of Wenger.

Arsenal haven’t performed since they’ve been at the emirates, with very little atmosphere. At Highbury with an atmosphere they did produce. They stayed in the top 4 because they were still financially able to do so, but they were on a knife edge. We’re on a knife edge and I suppose we could test it by taking away any possible edges we have.

What’s that game you can play in pubs where you remove brick by brick until it collapses? Or kerplunk.

Yup they have only won eleven straight already this season without atmosphere. Hell even we have won four away without "atmosphere". But of course there are still those who think if the HF had been in situ Sakho would not have missed the header against Newcastle or Benteke against Soton or Schlupp from close range against Wolves.

I don’t think that but they may have felt that inspiration to push that little bit more in this division of fine margins. You also know I wouldn’t have felt as hopeful going into April over the last 9 seasons going into April in silence or chants lasting 7 seconds. I’ve seen some of the relegated teams live going into squeaky bvm time and I didn’t think it looked good for them. Luckily that was them and not us.

What a very sad situation. Such a shame that fans are turning against other over this. Personally think the abuse the HF are getting over this is very wrong. Is it not SP telling season tickets holders they have to move? The HF have just asked the question, and SP is rightly or wrongly agreeing to it. Not attending because their initial request was denied isn't good though. But are the constant jibes at being spotty school kids dressed in black just as childish?
Also, should you really be entitled to keep your seat season after season? What if someone else would like to experience that view? Do they just have to wait until the current occupier's life comes to an end?
Suppose this is a bit of a pointless post, and there isn't really a solution to keep all involved happy.
Just hope we can all have something to cheer about on Sunday. Surely doesn't matter where you're sat then.....

Btw, there were far more honest, loyal, long standing fans outside Lloyds & on the march than the 'so-called' HF.

Apparently the HF were outside Barclays!

You think the reaction the HF are getting is wrong? But like when the oiks stopped 200 fans with tickets at Brighton from getting in... 🤔
