The one handed save, down to his right, in the second half was a blinder. I thought he f*cked up for the second goal, walking around at half time everyone was blaming Dann. But that one handed save is what he’s always been about , great shot stopper , when he’s got time to think, not so good. Still the best we’ve got though. Probably about right. Bollocking required for the two of them but no point crying further over spilt milk. Make sure they do a job next week. Hennessey might not have made that error but he probably wouldn't have made that save either.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'poncing around today ??' by Midlands Eagle whyyyy??? the position we're in, there's no need for it..... sakho trying to dummy & embarrass every striker every time he receives the ball when hes the only defender left...... speroni trying to embarrass that bell end niasse, not smacking the ball towards pickford's goal mouth with seconds remaining in the first half hodgson trying to to break his neck trying to catch every ball which goes out of play..... no need for any of it, play it safe guys........

Sorry is this the one where he passed the ball to Dann when Dann had about 2/3 metres between him and an Everton player I'd say an acceptable pass for a premier league defender which I'd say Dann is Unfortunately he didn't just hoff it himself after Speroni had the luck with the dummy Or is it elsewhere? Both at fault with the goal - Speroni should have smashed it after the dummy and Dann had time to control and pass or smash it upfield. The fault started with Speroni but then continued with Dann. Perhaps Dann not being prepared for the pass makes him less guilty?

Right at the end of the half, it’s up there with what Antonio not staying in the corner.

Wait to see it again. I saw it at thre game and thought it was Dann’s mistake. Others around me said it was Speroni’s. I am with you BG. The pass from Speroni wasn’t great but nothing special. It was Dann dallying that caused the goal.

I have no axe to grind on either keeper. Neither are Premier standard. But when during the whole game we were playing out from the back, what Speroni did was in keeping. Mind you, I thought he took a daft risk in dummying it just beforehand.
