Viruses don't emerge in predicable patterns with no gaps between them!

There will almost certainly be another at some time but not one in our lifetimes has created as big a crisis as this has. So when this one ends will be the time to reflect, analyse and deal with all the lessons we have learned, and failed to learn, from previous experiences.

He must though have been working to a script because today he is right back stirring the pot again. It sounds far fetched and I hope it is, but what he is doing isn't helping anyone at all.

Nothing. When the current crisis pauses it’ll be Let’s move on. Don’t look back in anger. You’re still missing the point. Both the 1957 & 1968 viruses killed over a million people. Lessons learned? Nothing.
