Assuming this is a valid counting station and the people present are election workers then what on earth are they doing unsupervised? Either this is the fraud or it is monumentally stupid. Even if the people are not fixing the election and maybe not even counting votes but doing their homework or making up their Christmas list it still looks bad. Edited by Badger11 (04 Dec 2020 4.15pm)

You did. We don't all know that. Most of us think it's a conspiracy theory. Not because there couldn't be such a thing as an "industrial-military complex" acting as a pressure group. There probably is. But that doesn't mean there are any "dark forces" involved, or that we all know there are, or that they "would stop at nothing to restore their total control". That is a conspiracy theory and I am pretty sure Eisenhower would have been able to see that, even if you aren't and be a little bit upset at the attempt to involve him in it! You are making distinctions with very little differences at all. Apparently how you feel about and describe the 'industrial military complex's actions and not whether they exist dictates whether you are a conspiracy theory or not. Seriously...it's those swiss cheese holes again. Have you ever considered a career at buzzfeed?

That you choose to regard those distinctions as little doesn't mean they are. In fact they are the difference between a general comment about the way the military and industry work together and a conspiracy theory about their motives. You think a conspiracy theory unimportant? I don't. I like the truth.

That's just more evidence-free assertion. I care passionately about the truth. It's the only reason I spend time here countering bs. I don't think you actually know what evidence really is. I suspect you are very much like Trump, who believes whatever springs into his mind at any one time must be true.

Commercial and military interests will lobby for more spending but no-one starts wars only for commercial reasons. No-one actually starts wars other than politicians.

Edited by Badger11 (04 Dec 2020 4.15pm) Yeah so election officials (note, Republican election officials) have dismissed this. Yes it's a bit weird to have them under a table but people do weird and stupid s*** all the time. What are we saying now, the republicans are in on this as well? May as well. Lump it all in together and lose all logic and reason. Again, how's that bet looking?
Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons. |

I'm not saying there is fraud just that if the video is real it is a bad look that people are there after the observers have left and whilst the result is not yet know. I haven't had a bet I'm sceptical about the whole fraud thing although this does look really odd.

There must have been about 50 examples of 'voter fraud' that have been debunked by now, and yet that fact is never seen as a reason Trump's whole 'fraud' angle is far more political than it will ever be real world, in an election that Trump lost by 7 million votes. Also, these endless debunked cases of fraud do not lead people to rethink in the slightest. Married to a delusion. Genuine cases of voter fraud should be looked into in all elections. Go at it, but the result of this particular one clearly will not be changing. Edited by BlueJay (04 Dec 2020 10.30pm)
