Todays first download is a set by German band The Scorpions that was recorded in Hannover, Germany in 1984. This is in superb quality - with wicked stereo. This was part of the bands "Love At First Sting" Tour and is a one of the best sounding bootlegs by The Scorpions that I've posted. Some great guitar work on this one - and this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is the first bootleg by this artist that I've posted. The artist is Malcolm John "Mac" Rebennack - AKA Dr John - and he's been around for a long time. He's released over 20 albums in his career and is still going today. He used to go under the name of Dr John, Nite Tripper - but now just uses Dr John. This boot is in superb quality and is a wicked set which features his most well known song "Right Place, Wrong Time". He plays a mix of Blues/Rock with a mixture of New Orleans R&B. He has won several grammy awards for his work and earlier this year was inducted in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. This is great stuff and is thoroughly recommended... Todays extra download is a set by Yes that was recorded in Tucson, AZ in 1972. This was while the band were touring in support of their album "Fragile". This is in superb quality and is a wicked set - but not, I believe, the whole show. The final track fades out unfortunately - seems the tape ran out. What we do get is great stuff and well worth the download. For a boot thats nearly 40 years old this is great - thoroughly recommended....
