Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Online, using his current address which is all over the mainstream media & went digging, got hold of his birth certificate in wales, school he attended, stuff pulled from his social media before it got scrubbed, classmates called him a legend for getting expelled for carrying a knife in school.
His old school mates are starting to talk about him online so more about to come out.

Bloke sounds like an absolute ticking time bomb & it appears the Police & social services are upto their neck in responsibility for what has happened.

This could just be all words on a football forum & why I'm not using his name but at first glance I think we got our man.
