They do review for red cards. They showed the elbow on Gallagher again and that would have been a straight red!

Whether for or against BLM and all the extended meanings associated with it, either applaud it or wait the 5 seconds until its over and shut the f**k up. Booing it in this day and age is pathetic - typical Millwall.

As for targetting Connor as a Chelsea Rent Boy - he is from Epsom as I understand it, not Chelsea, he has not played a first team game for Chelsea, he is currently plying his trade at Palace, he has never as far as I aware applied himself as a Rent Boy. The chants are meaningless. They may be offensive, but that is the point. 'Sacked in the morning', '...f**king useless' etc etc are all offensive to the recipient, but essentially meaningless.

It is a football match FFS, it that is offensive to anyone then go and watch rugby or cricket, with all the passionless, could-not-care-less-about-the-result attitude that goes with it.

I am aware this view will not be appreciated by some, but I would rather my football experience is not like a tourist trip to the Premier League theme park that a day out at Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea and West Ham has become.

He’s is a boy and we are ‘renting’ him from Chelsea.

There were pimply teens ripping the backs off seats and chucking them over rows of Palace fans into the lower tier at the end of the match. Their first taste of The Den probably.

These lads are as much a disgrace if not more than Millwall thugs throwing a plastic coke bottle at a player. Those plastic seats would have had sharp edges from where they were torn out. Hate vandalism, it's no wonder our rivals pick up on the minority antics of these young gimps as representative of our fan base.

I ain't got nuthin' funny to say. Sorry.

I can't speak for rugby but you've obviously never been to a test match judging by your comments

I expect that Connor wouldn’t give a monkeys about being called a rent boy, would have gone home last night and slept with his 10/10 Mrs.
Would be interesting to see if people were aiming monkey chants at him, if they’d be being branded racist, as far as I know, he’s no more gay than he is black.

The majority of football songs are nonsense.
-are we ‘the best team the world has ever seen?’ nope
-are millwall ‘ the best team in London, the best team of all?’nope
-has ‘Andy Johnson got a a magic hat? ‘ nope
-do ‘ millwall get battered everywhere they go? ‘ nope

Everyone gets lumped into ‘your lot’ and ‘our lot’
Racist and homophobic fans at all clubs.
Let’s not pretend that there won’t be loads of homophobic chanting on Friday , as there will. Been in the Holmesdale and the majority of the fans have been singing ‘ we scored 5, you scored none, Brighton take it up the bum’ not in the 80s, but the past few years. Luckily we didn’t all get life bans as there’d be no one left.
I was there yesterday, the most sterile game I’ve been to playing millwall, from both sets of fans, home or away. Today’s papers make it sound like a war zone.
Players shouldn’t have bottles thrown at them and flares shouldn’t be let off, but let’s have it right it wasn’t a trouble game at all.

The generation before mine were happy calling people ‘ black c*nts’ , my generation there’s a large percentage that would say ‘ don’t be a poof mate’ , in a generations time it will all be over, no will call people out for being fat or ginger, the worlds changing. And judging by what I saw yesterday so are millwall, they will be the last to go, probably with Pompey/Cardiff/Leeds etc.

There's been plenty of Wall fans trying to defend the booing saying it's because of taking the knee supporting BLM 'which is a Marxist organisation'. A few have then gone on to make the rather disingenuous statement that we should be clapping the NHS instead. That would be the same NHS that was founded by Aneurin Bevan. A Marxist. I find that quite an amusing irony.

I don't agree with homophobic chanting, but the rent boy chant does seem to be getting more attention in the media than perhaps it should as it seems little more than a play on the fact Gallagher keeps getting loaned out. Having said that I do agree with the stance of clubs to condone it as if you don't it opens the door to worse chants. Personally I think any fan found guilty of racist or homophobic chants should be made to apologise to Vieira face to face. After they've cleaned their underwear I doubt they'll ever utter an offensive word again.

Make your mind up, you start out appalled by Millwall fans and end up saying you don’t want the game sanitised...

It’s nothing to do with Gallagher being loaned out; it’s because Chelsea are commonly known as “the rent boys” by rival fans. Personally I hear far worse homophobic abuse from us aimed at Brighton, and I have no doubt our own particular brand of moron will be rolling out their usual pathetic ditties next Friday night...

I didn't know that. Is that because they loan a lot of players though? BTW I think, or I hope, I was clear that I don't condone this kind of chanting.
