Britain and her allies are forming a task force in Jordan so my best guess is we are likely looking at retaking Bagram airbase shortly.

This makes sense as its nigh on impossible for western nationals/allies to get anywhere near Kabul, Bagram is 30 miles away from Kabul but more importantly outside the ring of Taliban forces.

Make no mistake its the Brits leading this, the US are completely hamstrung and the order has been given in Kabul for US forces not to leave the Airport.
Meanwhile we have Para's actively going out and recovering our own people and those of our 'allies'

On a tangent this is quite telling with our European allies/NATO, and I now have some genuine concerns about how much effort the likes of Germany would put into the defence of the Balkans should Putin fancy doing op Zapad for real and going for those juicy wet ports Russia so badly needs in the region.

I think when you're younger an open mind is fine while you're learning how to close it.

Some good news, a few pages back I mentioned the Taliban might have captured a squadron of L-39 Albatross jets, they actually got out and landed in Tajikistan.

Taliban do have have access to a much slower propeller powered plane designed at hitting targets on the ground but no clue how long they can keep them operational without help from china/pakistan

Nice to know vinegar-joe is blaming Trump for all this & it appears has no clue what his allies are doing.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

This is honestly unbelievable, The Democrat leadership is falling apart.

I'm actually glad this has happened now, say China had invaded Taiwan or Russia rolled its tanks into the Balkans with this utter shower at the wheel?

All of them need to fall on their swords and go.

It's staggering really, not even just under this administration, that in a country of hundreds of millions this is the best they have the offer. It shows how rigged the whole system is.

I couldn't quite believe it the other day that Biden's response to the Afghans clinging to and falling off a plane was "that was five days ago!".
