My bet is that Roy will be given another year if he wants it. Will sign 2/3 more youngsters and will aim for survival again

They would have to be top draw youngsters if we were to survive another year in top flight if that's the case ?

During Coleman's reign as manager at English clubs, each of the 3 clubs lost more games than they won.

At his last job in England, he did take over Sunderland when they were rock-bottom after 17 games and they were still at the foot of the table when he left 1 game before the end of the season. There were extenuating circumstances which he had to deal with.

Since the inception of the EPL, we, as a club(incl 2nd tier), hahad 8 seasons where we have won more than we lost, we had one season where it was equal, BUT, we've had 19 seasons where we have lost more than we won.

So, on that basis, Coleman would fit right in here.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Possibly not but winning a 2 team league in Scotland is not a great indication of a managers ability, he needs to manage in a competitive league first.

He'll Stay in Glasgow for at Least 1 more year - maybe more. He's still young in his managerial career, he's taken a Couple of seasons to win The div, now let see if he can stay there.
Celtic/Rangers appears to be a good, fairly sheltered environment to learn/refine your trade.

Think it'll be foolish of him to move on too early.

Can not think of many worse options. All would mean well. And that’s all.

Move him to a PR department. He's good at interviews. Just don't let him get involved in football.

Have to say I quite like them cookies. Relatively low cost, low risk strategy
and could be very tasty.

The probability exists that Roy may be given a further 12 months extension which, while virtually guarantees our staying in the top tier for another season.
This action simply kicks the can down the road for another year when in all probability,a new manager recruited towards the end of the season would seem the best course of action for the Club, simply because Roy cannot go on forever.

If we survived as it looks like now playing half decent football creating more than one possibly two chances a game I would say ok .But we got lucky this season should be in bottom three now .Think our luck will run out if we continue down this road.
