Incorrect. Andrew is giving the money to her charity. Take a look at that charity’s accounts and see what it pays her. Tax wise it’s the best way. Plus it makes all the wokes happy. Win win Maybe se can buy a new photo shop program for her PC.

Win win A statement from their lawyers said the duke would pay an undisclosed sum to Ms Giuffre and make a "substantial donation" to Ms Giuffre's charity in support of victims' rights. As far as I can see, US law only allows ‘reasonable’ compensation to the Trustees of charities. It doesn’t seem likely they could be used as a tax vehicle. In any case any significant income has to be declared to the IRS. Tax advantage comes with donation of funds not via income. So not relevant in this case Edited by Mapletree (16 Feb 2022 8.46am)

And probably the other side as well. His mates will still have him over to stay at their country retreats, and he'll still have lots of holidays. His completely useless legal team did what he and those around him told them to do. Any sensible client would have settled an eternity ago and put it down to saving the House of Windsor and not an admission of guilt.

A bigger example of 'privilege' from the 'woke' monarchy I doubt you could find.

Support for diversity, equality, inclusion, green issues, anti racism and all the other 'woke' middle and higher class fantasies and ideologies that identify the 'woke' are all on easy display from both Charles, William and Ginger....it's a joke, the monarchy wouldn't even exist if those ideologies were followed. Even the Queen compared this generation with the war generation in terms of greatness....not woke perhaps but total bullsh1t.
