I feel so utterly utterly sorry for Frank de Boer today. He has been totally let down by Crystal Palace FC and the three stooges who are running the show at the minute.
Did I hear wrong or was it Parish the said about De Boer at his unvielling as manager "This bloke knows more about football than I ever will"? Well Stevie boy you were f***in right on that score because you fella know diddly squat about the game as I see it!
You were the bloke banging on about a change of style, more attractive football etc etc and you mate went and hired Frank and when he tries to impliment your brand of play you hang the poor sod out to dry along with your American friends.
Then we come to the poor little players who thought Frank De Boer was hired to be their best friends and massage their fragile little ego's for them the little luvs. But oh no! Frank has them at it from day one, laying down what he and Parish want, style, formation changes and they go into a sulk....."f*** me I can't do that, let me go and see Mr Parish and tell him I don't like the new bloke so I won't play for him, he keeps telling me off for being a useless c***.

Low and behold Parish has a panic attack along with Harris and Blitzcreig and bosh Frank gets the blame for the f***in lot of them. Utterly shameful bunch of lilly livered c***s every last one who know sod all about football.Whats the bloke supposed to do when his best three players are out injured and the marvellous money men do nowt to find back ups.
Anyone with amodicum of football knowledge who saw the game yesterday saw a team not far off turning it all around. With the injured boys back in that team would have won games no problem under De Boer and I for one am ashamed at the way the club have s*** on him from one great height.

Not sure why anyone is upset with the decision .
The football under Frank was terrible and produced no results. He played the wrong system and when he did
change to a more familiar system he picked the wrong team.
From what I can tell from media reports and posts from people on here he was also a pain the backside to work with which is damaging to players moral and the club.
Steve should be praised for nipping it in the bud early and essentially admitting he got it wrong with Frank.

Totally agree as it is not the first time FDeB has got the boot from a football club:

"Following a run of four defeats in the last five Serie A matches, which left Inter in 12th place in Serie A, De Boer was sacked on 1 November, having been in charge for only 85 days"

It looks like his managerial career has taken a real tumble and could be at an end but who knows!

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

God that would be good.

I understand if you disagree with the decision but If you feel shame at our club then go and support another one.

Fair enough....but 'shame'? That's some unusual relationship you have going on there my friend...but yeah, a long term supporter is a long term supporter.

Let me get this right...

de Boer was sh*te and he got the boot too early, Pardew was sh*te and got the boot too late.

Proper bi-polar this board.

FDB had to been well aware of the risk involved in taking the job with Palace. I have to believe there is a faction inside dressing room that wanted him out.
The football yesterday vs Burnley was quite effective, if not for a couple of career regretting individual player mistakes, we win the game deservedly.

Without Wilf, Luka or Sakho.

Change is always uncomfortable, no?
