Middleborough didn't last week.

Then it comes down to brass tacks and who has the stomach to fight their way out of trouble more. We will see this afternoon when we observe the shift put in by Swansea and hull in light of this result. One of two things has happened. Players either feel under the cosh and don't have enough fuel left in the tank for this last push or they believe the talk that we won't go down. Its one of the two!

I wish everybody would stop picking on Willo he is after all a guest on the Hol.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

Can't we just all agree to ignore Willo, he's obviously a Brighton fan here to troll us, just don't feed him and he can scream his rubbish into the wind. Let him enjoy our bad performances if he wants, just don't take the bait.

Agreed

When I joined this forum I though I was going to be among genuine Palace fans but seeing a lot of the posts here today I was sadly wrong. There are some who seem to delight in slagging us off and one, in particular, almost seems to have an orgasm when his voice of doom is correct.

FFS we were without Cabaye, Dann, Sakho, Tomkins and I'm not sure Townsend was fully fit. Plus we were playing a team that cost the earth in fees. We still have our destiny in our own hands

The worry is that the team's looks dispirited. Hull's away form is entirely different from their home results but then again so was Burnley's. Palace is a very weird team in that they have beaten sides they were favored to lose to and vice versa. To be a Palace fan is to be always on a knife edge. Frustration is a constant. I never pick Palace to lose but there are realities to deal with and they aren't necessarily pretty. These forums are also a good place to vent those frustrations.

Utter hogwash and bilge to boot.

I have always said I would be distraught if we went down.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Thought this was supposed to be a serious debate.

See not nice being trolled is it? Maybe now you have an inkling of what it's like to listen to your rubbish constantly.

This will be the first(?) and last time l'll reply to one of your posts. And I'd advise every Palace fan on here to ignore you too.

Bangell - If Camus wrote The Myth of Sisyphus today, it would be about Jason Puncheon eternally trying and failing to pass with his right foot.

I agree with your sentiment. My feeling is hull will fight with every inch of their lives. The rollercoaster continues apace

very true. Also, our fate is still in our hands. Swansea's isn't in theirs.

It's a cumulative thing.

It's your constant (un)subtle hijacking of threads so they invariably become about you, your shameless (and frequently irrelevant) name-dropping, references to your 'lady wife' or your 'beloved Tories' and your pretence of knowledge of football and footballers by copying and pasting material from elsewhere, an activity where you've been successfully busted on frequent occasions.

You're a fraud, and not a particularly convincing one.
