It is quite clear we are a long way from getting him if he has gone on tour with the Chelsea team. They would have taken another player to give them experience rather than wasting their time and money on a player who is about to go to another club.
Let us hope Chelsea get in some of their targets so that he becomes available.

Of course you take Remy with you when he is still a Chelsea player. Even if talks are at an advanced stage the deal could collapse and he could remain a Chelsea player.
I'd be more interested to see how much he PLAYS on tour. If they are pulling him out of games I would then think agreement is close and they don't want to risk injury to him therefore scuppering any deal.

Oh, I'm not debating that, merely saying that just because he's gone on tour doesn't mean he can't be signed.
