Indeed it might have gained no attention at all in the media. There is no reason to believe there is a lack of action. All we know is that the report is being held internally, at least for the moment, for reasons that haven't been made public.

Yes, OK, we can help out by staying indoors which isn’t too onerous. When this crisis has been dealt with there will be another one. Namely dealing with the economic fall out which is going to be devastating. After that there will doubtless be another crisis which takes precedence.

You are right I am NOT talking about the alleged "wholesale rape of thousands of girls by hundreds of pakistani men in an organised and systematic fashion.. and its associated cover-up". I am talking about the report into that allegation and why it has been decided not to make it available, yet, to the public. Nothing else. I am not offering any opinion on the allegation because I don't have the report either. I just want to ensure that any criminal involved in such terrible crimes as are alleged, faces justice without any unnecessary interferences. Including trial by tabloid media resulting in actual cases in court being thrown out.

Are you sure you think, even now that these grooming gangs and rapes are only allegations. 100s of pakistani men are in jail for it. Possibly 1000s. Definitely 1000s of girls raped and assaulted and its alleged.
