Other players in an attacking midfield role or two up front system and on loan to us include Loftus-Cheek or Traore of Chelsea, Iheanacho or Garcia from Man City, Chadli at Spurs and Ashley Young from Moan U. Very insightful response.

Benteke will either go to west Brom or Everton. Unfortunately, a bit like Sigurdsson a few years back, we've been played. Very frustrating.

May 24th this Benteke BS started. That's May, June, July, August... But let's just trust SP because he's done a 'wonderful' job so far. Well, here's my opinion, we were LUCKY each season we've been up. LUCKY. We should have got relegated each time. There a little too much of this luck being attributed to business nouse - in my view that's wrong. Look, there's an old adage "you only have one chance to make a good first impression" We needed a positive start to this season to shake off last season's voodoo hoodoo. But what do we see???? Same old same old... crap performance...a weak, disorganised team...no Benteke...and everyone on here viewing this season as a poor continuation of last season. This luck may run out.

LFC wanted £32.5 million and even though it was obvious a rising market , we couldn't afford it. Should never of shown an interest anyway if we were only willing to pay 75% of the asking price.Like going to buy a £50k car and only having £35k. why bother even looking in the showroom?

It wasn't luck that turned us from relegation certainties to finishing in 11th. It wasn't luck that got us into the top 6 before last Christmas. But once teams worked out how to play us, the results fell away. In the absence of any alternative, effective tactics we went on a run that was continued by yesterday's performance and result.

Absolute rubbish. I'm as frustrated as everyone else but cabaye, Dann, Ledley, zaha, puncheon, MacArthur, Townsend etc were good pieces of business.
