Why am I thinking it will be worse than the existing arrangements? And the worst of both worlds??

Called it! Both sides wanted to paint the 'shrewd negotiator' picture until the dying hours, and whatever turd is now delivered will be declared a triumph. Let's just hope after all of this time its not a lopsided worse case scenario.

If we get an independent arbitration process which also allows us to complain if the EU breaks the rules I am fine with that. And we need the flexibility to be able to set our own rules and laws.
