Even though UKIP's manifesto looks flaky, it makes more sense than the Green's attempt.

Why are they getting involved in areas they know absolutely nothing about just like proper politicians from the main parties?

To me, it is a term that is bandied about by left and I do not understand what it means in the post-post modern World.

And there was me thinking that UKIP were all about the EU membership. Given their immigration policy is basically 'do what we're doing now', with a strange idea of stopping unskilled migrant labour (which seems remarkably close to impossible without replacing it somehow). I know, people thing 'ah the unemployed' will fill those jobs. But they're wrong, because they can't afford to migrate temporarily to areas where the work is. And there was me thinking that UKIP were all about the EU membership. Given their immigration policy is basically 'do what we're doing now', with a strange idea of stopping unskilled migrant labour (which seems remarkably close to impossible without replacing it somehow).

I know, people thing 'ah the unemployed' will fill those jobs. But they're wrong, because they can't afford to migrate temporarily to areas where the work is. But reason never gets in the way of some old fashioned 'its all them foreigners fault' tubthumping.
