It's a no from me. Been in China a few years which to me suggests throwing in the towel for top European management, will now be too out of touch and a potential total disaster. Definitely would Ulrika Johnsson though.

Is it getting to a situation where parish plumped for warnock as there was no stand out candidates. I personally wouldn't rule out a short term option. If parish doesn't get that right vibe from this younger coaches.

The situation then was somewhat different as Pulis jacked on the eve of the season and choices were limited. This time there's plenty out there, many better than Eriksson; we just need to make a bloody decision.

I became aware of him by default as a we were at the Barca v Alaves game last year (which Alaves won). It was noticeable how they played much like we did against Chelski & Arsenal in particular. Let them have as much possession as they want in two thirds of the pitch then close em down and either force them backwards or hit on the counter.

Also, as SA did when he came to us, he did make 4 or 5 astute signings/loan deals which transformed the side into a competitive unit.

I've been to the Nou Camp a fair bit over the years & it was the first time I'd seen them lose there however, we were very much entertained & impressed with the opposition.

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!

I agree. Just throwing his name out. Bound to be in the bookies odds shortly. Ed maylon mentioned about considering a couple other names for the palace job.
