Wardy got beaten far too easily.

Not a lot JA can do. Of course, the OG is his but I felt he was a bit unlucky and had a pretty good game.

We still get dominated in the air far too much.

That’s a fair summary.

A few people were blaming the own goal on Ward and saying that Andersen had a ‘great game’ which implies he was completely blameless for the OG which was not fair at all.

To be honest we were rather fortunate that they didn't thrash us, forget about who to blame ..they really are in the top ten for playing football.

They did play well against Chelsea showing again how much further down the line than we are. They just need a tweek in their forward players to become a very impressive side. We are however not far behind COYP

So would we be if we could only nick their two full backs

Hard to write but the Weed played well last night. The reason tgey seem to play out from the back better than us is because their full backs Lamptey and Cucurella are far more comfy in possession than Wardy and Tyrick and offer themselves for the ball more often. I think TM is getting there but Wardy in particular has never looked happy in a possession system
