1 or 2 silly comments by people not watching the game, but seems most agree even without Wilf we kept to the game plan, even Teke was running at them, PV has changed our DNA and with the new signings everyone has brought into it and look to get the ball.

My brother is arse and said they was there for the taking why go 5 4 1 , thats 6 points dropped in 3 matches we need to stop that but its a learning curve for PV i agree should have been Jeffery if Edouard was injured, we have Eze and Fergie with other kids waiting in the wings once ready futures bright

Yea he was a half time pundit on the dodgy stream i was watching. Wouldnt admit that we played them off the park ... just moaning and crying like a baby because Jimmy Mac didnt get a red card. Pathetic excuse of a man.

In answer to his question 'Is there low-end red cards?'. Well, yes there are.

Exactly. In a short period of time Viera has managed to transform our team from one that had total reliance on 1 player to a team that threatens from both sides. We need to show patience. The football is a joy to watch. Hopefully the wins we deserve will follow.

I must of watched a different game to what the script writers at SSN wrote this morning. Their fans celebrated like they won the Champions League after the equaliser. Like the games against Leicester and Brighton we should have taken all the points. My only criticism is I would love to see us continue to play the pressing game till the end, just to see where it gets us. But apart from Chelsea and Liverpool we have been as good as anyone we’ve played if not much better.

Who realistically thought we'd be performing this well so early into PV's reign? I think he's doing fabulous job and the results will come.

See a certain 'Arsenal' legend vented his spleen against us, again.

He and Glenn Murray in the studio together - two legends. Glenn praised us big time while Wright was moaning about everything not going Arsenal's way. What is wrong with him? I know the crowd was boing on his return in an Arsenal shirt, but we picked him up from obscurity and gave him a look-in at professional football.
Used to like him, dislike him more and more sitting there with his Gunners-glasses on.

The game changed, when they brought Lacazette on, they noticeably lifted. The Tomkins sub didn’t work out, but all his previous subs have, nobody is perfect.
If Tierneys shot had gone in rather than rebound off the crossbar, most would be moaning, it’s a fine margins game and luck does play a part.
Both goals and Tierneys nearly goal came from where Ward should of been.

I think Vieira will be asking Anderson why he sprinted out to close Pepe down at the end when there was another player already doing that. This then took him out of the centre when the cross comes in. These are the small details that PV will want to try to eradicate so we get the results we deserve.

A shame that McArthur went back on the line too as it played Lacazette onside but can’t blame him for that.

Hopefully we’ll thrash the Al-Geordies on Saturday though!

Purely playing devil's advocate - at the moment we're a bit like a newly promoted team in that no one knows what to expect. Let's hope the Improvement can be sustained.

Very disappointing to have that happen again but naivety like that is an inevitable drawback of lowering the average age and putting together half a new team.

Let's not forget that we have basically battered Spurs, Leicester, Brighton and Arsenal in recent weeks and we're disappointing to 'only' take 6 points from that very difficult run.

We also dominated tonight without our two best players and, once Zaha and Eze are back, I think we could start destroying teams.

We've come a long way very quickly and are 14th despite probably the hardest start to the season of any club, if games were a minute shorter we'd be in the top 10. That's hugely impressive and despite how disappointing that ending was, we're in for a great season.

Good post. 8 points from 8 a good haul in relation to the teams we have played and overhaul of the team. Even the likes of Ayew and Tekkers contributed last night with the 1st goal. When the Arse were 1 nil up some of their supporters on BBC talking about top 4, lol. Whilst it was gutting to concede an equaliser at the death at least I'd hope most of us aren't as deluded as them. COYP !!

I’m not getting too bothered about only getting a draw last night. The game is 90 minutes plus added time. As per Benteke comments after the match - the team was getting tired, needed some changes, Arsenal ultimately exploited that.
