Eh? Where have I done or said that? No it’s not OK to threaten people but it is OK to call out racists being racist. Sounds a bit McCarthy-like (Joseph not Paddy).

Wow, what a depressing read this thread has become. Good old Milwall, whites are now the threatened minority, let's boo an anti racist gesture or if that makes it too obvious that we are racists, let's just do a slow handclap! This is 2020 isn't it or have we slipped back to the 1970's? There is an Edmund Burke quote that goes along the lines of "All it takes for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing". The knee taking may have gone on too long but is still a powerful gesture. Premier league games are shown all around the world and hopefully this gesture and it's anti racist message gets noticed. How would those against feel if the poppy seller was to be booed outside the ground? If you don't agree with poppies then you just don't buy or wear one. If I get a ticket for a home game, then I intend to applaud the taking of a knee. I suggest that those that are not comfortable with/against it just stay silent. It will be assumed (possibly wrongly) that those that boo are racist.

You have to laugh every time some 'progressive' cries about how others don't see the world through their lens. Zealots to their secular version of Christianity.....looking for witches at every turn. Self righteous narcissists.....half of them with daddy issues.

I have & will continue to sell them, BUT, did you know that year on year, increasing numbers of sellers are abused, physically attacked, even arrested, all because it 'offends' some migrant, who we, the British, welcomed to our shores. Think about that when you applaud over paid nancyboy footballers. Jeez.

I personally don't wear a poppy, but have no issue with those who do and respect the opinion of those who see it as an important political message. Why do you treat taking a knee in a different way? It has nothing to do with Marxism or vuolence. It's the players deciding that for 5 seconds they want to remind people of an issue. Why feel the need to potentially insult wilf, kouyate etc by booing?
If punk ever happened I'd be preaching the law, instead of listenin to Lydon lecture BBC4 |

You the customers go up to the seller and purchase....You aren't then forced to watch the poppy seller carry out some gesture inspired over the politics from the death of an American.
