I don't think it will happen, but lets just say if the unthinkable happened, and we somehow managed to get relegated even though Cardiff still have to play the likes of Man City, Man United, Liverpool and Chelsea in their last 8 games, which realistically only leaves them 4 games to overturn a 6 point to gap to us (with our superior goal difference of +25) and we would effectively only be picking up say another 3 points from our remaining games!!! No it should not happen!!! We are talking about a Devon Loch type collapse!!! but if the miracle happened, who head should roll?? Hodgson because of his blind faith in certain individuals and his in- flexibility with tactics etc, or Parish because we should have strengthened the squad more in the summer?

If we got relegated from here that would certainly be an achievement.

Manager would primarily carry the can, but of course Parish has had a long time to try to establish us as a bastion of mid table mediocrity as has failed to do so.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

We have been that pretty much ever since we last got promoted. Our finishing positions have been 11th, 10th, 15th, 14th, and 11th

We won,t go down, but having the worst home record in the division apart from Huddersfield is not great.

I don’t think Roy knows what to do about, in fact he is getting more clueless as the home games goes by. Bringing Max on with minutes to go is getting tedious now, give him more game time for Christ sake..

Midtable mediocrity generally means not being in a relegation fight.

the Huddersfield game is a must win.

everybody else gets those 3 points, if we fail to do so it will make the final 8 weeks quite stressful.

We're only in a relegation fight for 7 months every season. The rest we're fine.

If we hovered around those positions all season of 9,10,11th then great, but it's not... 16th, 17th which is flirting with relegation.

We are in it! Although I am an eternal pessimist when it comes to Palace, I think at least 1 (hopefully 3) p against Cardiff is vital.
We lost to Brighton at home after they had gone about 27 games away without winning, so take nothing for granted when Huddersfield turn up.
Still remeber Frank DeBore's first game in PL...0-3 at home to H'field!

What’s a roster?

Yes, roster = squad.

Our bench last year was so bad no there were no options. This year, we're so deep that we have players (Sako) unable to even get a spot on the bench.

And yet, our results are no better.

2017 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Middlesboro
2018 Jan. (Sako) Palace 1 - 0 Burnley
2019 May (Batshuayi, Batshuayi, OG, Van Aanholt, Townsend) Palace 5 - 3 Bournemouth
2020 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Newcastle
