Take a break and settle down we all know you like Hennessy you have made the point hundreds of times. Just take your chill pill and settle down. He is not pants, he wasn't a panic buy it took us from early June to finally to get him

Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

As I said comments, as yours, get tedious and tiresome and I have not kept quiet due to our three clean sheets. We all have our own ideas and comments on players and I as many others on this site do not rate Hennessy one little bit. Take a chill pill as cpj should.

I don't know if you have noticed, but we have been pretty s*** this season

I didn't want to start up again but my point was that we've just had a third successive clean sheet, yet there are pages of posts from people saying that WH isn't good enough, how he nearly let in a goal at the end, and how the save he did make was run of the mill. Most of those posters keep saying how Speroni should be playing instead - my point is that he is several inches shorter and would not have reached the ball. We all know how you feel - calling our keeper 'butter fingers' isn't exactly fair.

Why was he a panic buy, we chased him for months. That is not a panic buy. I don't know if you have noticed, but we have been pretty s*** this season AP thought he was getting a 20 goal a season striker without looking at reasons why Liverpool were getting rid of him. It took so long to get him over the line because of what Liverpool were asking for him. They stuck to their guns and we coughed up and what has it got us. He misses dead cert headers in front of goal on a regular basis. Liverpool must be laughing their heads off as we fell for the oldest trick in the book and bought a has been. The £27m we paid for him would have got us two decent strikers if we had looked around. Sorry mate I think he is pants and a complete waste of money. Pardew thought he was going to score loads of goals and get him out of trouble but it did not work and only got him the sack and as you say we have had a sh1t season until BFS came.

No-ONE has said Jules should have been in goal last game in fact Jules has not been mentioned in regard to Hennessy nearly gifting Watford a point. Most saves he makes are run of the mill and I admit he does make the odd super save but not on a regular basis as he should be. It is a good job our defence has tightened up as they have as Hennessy does not have much to do now.

CB would go for the same sort of fee now if we were to sell.

If it had gone in then there would have been uproar.

Some people seem to have forgotten what it is like to have a good goalkeeper in goal for us and carry on about routine saves when they are made, as if to justify their argument that Wayne is a sufficient goalie.
