I love commenta like that , “heads loads in on the goal line” “they were all tap ins” etc , that’s because said player had good movement and reads the game to be in the right place , if it’s so easy to score these taps ins and headers on the line , why are goalscorers so hard to find and expensive , if it’s all so easy ? I’ve lost count the amount of time this season crosses have gone in for what would have been a tap in and no one is there.

As stated earlier, if you use the actual stats, he's no better than Adebayor in the league & was six goals behind Gomis at the point he signed for Everton. He may well be a huge success over here but the numbers don't back that up, nor do they reflect the general consensus about him.
Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five! |

Loads of great strikers were always there for the tap ins look at Trezegueut, Filipo Inzaghi, Gerd Muller, Pauleta, Rudi Voller the list is pretty long...

West Ham fans opinion on Sakho, not good. Also read the comments below the video. Appears they view him as injury prone and a cancer to the locker room due to his negative attitude. On one of the West Ham forums the opinion seems to be if he stays fit he is a very good PL striker. But staying fit is a big if. There are also suggestions he is on a lot less money than the other strikers, which may well be putting his nose out. We don't have a great history of sick notes coming here like it's Lourdes and becoming ever regulars. Instead we seem more like a f**king hospice. Hopefully if we get Sakho then he will be different. The idea of singing "Sakho, Sakho, Sako" is very appealing. Maybe we'll change the club name to Crystal Palasakho.

He has already had a few games this season for WHU, so provided he does stay fit, we might just have a good striker on our books for a decent fee. Could turn out to be a great piece of business - or an unfit flop!

Cant remember what season it was but it was in his early days with West Ham, he was playing up front with Enner Valencia I think and he looked really good. If we can get him back to that form we will have a player. The frustration with this type of signing though is that he is not a player already playing regularly with confidence and scoring/playing well. Is he going to hit the ground running or will he need time to bed in? Edited by MonsterMunch (11 Jan 2018 9.46am)

Another striker that doesn't score many goals and gets injured a lot. Please, no more deadwood. I thought CPFC were doing their best to get rid the deadwood here. What happened to Lapado, guess he isn't going to make the level ? Please CPFC, suprise us and get us an exciting signing. We need some more skill/danger in the team. Outside of Zaha, we don't have much pace. Its a bit of a worry to be honest. Townsend is looking more and more pedestrian by the day.
