If you mean Phil Barber: he's not in the know (and if he is he has a funny way of showing it). He has named half a dozen people over the last few weeks, and been wrong about when it would be announced too. He has form for this, and gets abusive if questioned. Given the number and variety of his predictions, I suspect one of them will hit the target. As would anyone' else's list of possible managers.
