The club has steadily progressed. The club is greater than just the first team. Hundreds of people work and are directly involved with the club, it’s academy, selhurst park and training facilities. All have improved and have grown stronger since 2010.

Only idiots like Spider-Man writing on the homesdale blog was say it’s about nothing but first team results. w***er !

What a nice chap you are! What an infantile response. I haven’t said it’s all about first team results but just quoted Steve Parish. I am as proud if the team/club nearly as much now that at anytime in 60 years of supporting them. First promotion to 1st Division in 1969 beats it

Tuesday today and the deadline is 5pm on Friday, meaning only three remaining days of this nonsense and then we can concentrate on more important things, like trying to get above that 30% possession threshold.

Any one of Sarr, Benrahma or Buendia would be superb though I'm already resigned to getting none of them.

We could also definitely do with another defender and, although I already realise what the reaction to this will be, I think we could do worse than Phil Jones on loan. Despite all the mistakes and gurning, I reckon there's still a talented and experienced player in there. Get his confidence up and he could be a shrewd loan, plus he can play multiple positions.
