Three pundits asked on TV who the next leader would be.
First said Sunak, second said Mordaunt, third said Badenoch.
Good to get the inside track.

This country is a joke. A laughing stock

This is what happens when you give power to the people. A hive mind is useless at making complex decisions. People whine about 'elites' but ultimately their s*** decisions are a million times better than a few million morons choosing between three worded slogans to decide long term, complex outcomes.

Who you are and how you end up is mainly subject to luck and circumstance. And yes it's possible to change that but it's extremely hard. Sorry, but that's life. Deal with it.

What a shambolic mess.
She really is clueless, as was Kwarteng. Complete amateurs with no idea about running a tory Sunday fete let alone the country and who have caused real issues for normal people because of the financial turmoil caused by their short term "look at me" policies...
I'm not a conservative member, or voter but I thought it was a strange choice as I would have thought normal voters would have preferred Sunak to Truss. Problem is all party members of any party are activists, rather than normal voters. Same with labour - you get extreme views. They obviously thought Truss was more right wing. They didn't really think who might be more electable.
It wouldn't Suprise me if Boris isn't back in power soon.

It amazes me that they let the membership have such a decisive vote on something so crucial. Insanity

She lasted a day longer than Brian Clough at Leeds, which is some achievement.

Thank you president Macron for your kind words. we hop we find some stability here soon to! Perhaps if lizzy dripping had called you a friend 6 weeks ago- instead of "no comment", and welcomed all and sundry to closer ties and trade deals- instead of mimicking a pm from 35 years ago- she would still be in a job! Tres bien monsieur, tres bien!
